Spelled Oils  

• Spelled oils may be returned **only if the product is unopened and unused**.  

• A return request must be submitted **within 5 days of delivery**.  

• Any opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund or return.

 

Jewelry  

• Jewelry items are eligible for a refund or replacement **only if the item arrives damaged**.  

• You must notify us and provide photo proof of the damage **within 5 days of delivery**.  

• Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

 

Tarot Readings  

• All tarot readings are **non-refundable**.  

• Once the reading has been delivered or the session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

 

Additional Information  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).  

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
